Osborne Ridge offers a small collection of carefully curated lots on historic land in Greene County. The community is gated, low-density, and designed for long-term ownership. Only a limited number of home-sites will be developed so the surrounding forest, springs, and open land remain private.

Base Price $20,000 per acre

Premium Adjustments

  • Water views or creek/spring proximity: higher per-acre rate

  • Elevated sites with strong views: higher per-acre rate

  • Developer-prepared sites (initial clearing and driveway start): higher per-acre rate

Final pricing is determined by the specific lot’s size, location, and condition. All lots are a minimum of 4 acres.

Availability

A small number of home-sites remain available. Interest is handled on a first-qualified basis. Early inquiries receive priority for private tours and lot selection.

Lots are build-able, with septic and well potential already reviewed. Custom homes and owner-builders are welcome.
